1-on-1 in-person training can be EXTREMELY effective in your journey towards your health and fitness goals. With increased accountability, hands-on coaching, and workouts crafted to your exact needs, you can expect results that are a cut above the rest. You’ll also get to work with Joey, an experienced trainer who keeps his training methods up-to-date while also cutting out the fluff that many trainers use to pad out their sessions. He is also (allegedly) very fun to work with!
