You will receive fully individualized workout programming created from scratch. In order to get you the most effective training plan possible, your workouts have to be tailored to your needs and your goals. This can be any number of days per week, and as much volume and intensity as necessary to help you achieve your goals, which you will figure out with your coach beforehand. Whether you want to compete in a sport, or maintain general health and wellness, Joey can create a program that fits your goals and your needs. If you need direction, and have a good understanding of different exercises and how to perform them, this is the best service for you.
Once signed up, we will send you a short health screen and a waiver form to fill out. We will also contact you to set up a virtual meeting where we can discuss goals, injury history, prior training, and expectations, to help us craft the most effective program for you.
