You will receive virtual coaching from Joey for your workouts. Whether you are using one of our pre-written programs, or want guidance for your current training, your coach can help you make the right choices inside the gym in order to get the best out of your training.

You will receive virtual coaching from Joey for your workouts. Whether you are using one of our pre-written programs, or want guidance for your current training, your coach can help you make the right choices inside the gym in order to get the best out of your training. By text, you may send videos, ask questions, or promote discussion when desired, and you can (almost) always expect a prompt response from Joey, who will also be reaching out to you to give assistance (more information down below). If you need help progressing in your training, and want an extra pair of eyes on you, this is the best service for you.

Once signed up, we will send you a short health screen and a waiver form to fill out. We will also contact you to set up a virtual meeting where we can discuss goals, injury history, prior training, and expectations, to help us craft the most effective program for you. Available Hours for quick response (<15 minutes): Monday-Friday 7am-12pm, 3pm-7pm. All other days and times may have longer response times, but you can contact us any time you’d like. At least once weekly, Joey will reach out to you for a short check-in, as well as to ask questions he may have about what you can do to get better.

Refund policy: Once signed up, you can request a refund up until the day after your scheduled virtual meeting. After this point, no refunds will be given.
