You will receive an individualized barebones workout program, as well as coaching from Joey during your month of training. The defining characteristic of a barebones program is that it is significantly quicker to complete/plan than a full individualized program. This can mean it is a short, 1-2 day per week program, or that it is a flexibility/mobility-only program, or even that it is a 30 minute accessory addition to your current training plan. This can be discussed with us by email. You will also have full access to coaching. By text, you may send videos, ask questions, or promote discussion when desired, and you can (almost) always expect a prompt response from Joey, who will also be reaching out to you to give assistance (more information down below). If you need a little extra direction for your workouts, as well as assistance in mastering your training, this is the best service for you.
Once signed up, we will send you a short health screen and a waiver form to fill out. We will also contact you to set up a virtual meeting where we can discuss goals, injury history, prior training, and expectations, to help us craft the most effective program for you. Available Hours for quick response (<15 minutes): Monday-Friday 7am-12pm, 3pm-7pm. All other days and times may have longer response times, but you can contact us any time you’d like. At least once weekly, Joey will reach out to you for a short check-in, as well as to ask questions he may have about what you can do to get better.
Refund policy: Once signed up, you can request a refund up until the day after your scheduled virtual meeting. After this point, no refunds will be given.
