You will receive an individualized barebones workout program that fits your goals in training. The defining characteristic of a barebones program is that it is significantly quicker to complete/plan than a full individualized program. This can mean it is a short, 1-2 day per week program, or that it is a flexibility/mobility-only program, or even that it is a 30 minute accessory addition to your current training plan. This can be discussed with us by email. If you need a little extra direction for your workouts, this is the right service for you.
Once signed up, we will send you a short health screen and a waiver form to fill out. We will also contact you to set up a virtual meeting where we can discuss goals, injury history, prior training, and expectations, to help us craft the most effective program for you. Refund policy: Once signed up, you can request a refund up until the day after your scheduled virtual meeting. After this point, no refunds will be given.
